TV arrived very fast and safely.

VIZIO is well packaged. Out of the box, TV feels a bit “cheap”, but not flimsy. In lieu of fancy TV stand, you get a fancy screwdriver (craftsmen quality!) to connect/assemble very simple 2- piece TV stand (screws are included).

Full setup took me < 15 min. Wireless connection to the Internet worked flawlessly, after I figured out how to expose special charterers (symbols – #! ) in VIZIO’s keyboard software and punched in my WEP key. VIZIO took a few minutes to automatically update its own software. Smart!

Picture quality was truly disappointing the out of the box! Even high definition images looked soft, foggy and blurry. Nonetheless, I decided to give this TV a chance, before I ship it back. Bingo! To make this picture quality shine, simply go to Manu/Picture/Advanced Picture and disable (set to off) all this “Voodoo” features Real Cinema Mode, Noise Reduction, Adaptive Luma, Film Mode, Ambient Light Sensor, Smart Dimming . This technology (marketing gimmick) rarely works!

Now, make sure that Picture Mode is set to Standard, tweak (slightly) Backlight, Brightness, Contrast, Color and Sharpness to taste or until flesh tones on live broadcast (like CNN) look natural.

Enjoy a very dissent viewing experience and built-in apps for very little money. Good job Vizio!
